Human review

AXWEL surfaces configured signals for human review. It does not make final theft, employment, safety, or legal decisions, and it is not a central-station alarm monitoring service.

Footage ownership

You keep ownership of your footage. AXWEL stores and processes it to run the workflows you enable. See the Terms and DPA and the Privacy Policy.

SMS is optional

Guard, voice alerts, and PIN/arming work without SMS. We do not share or sell mobile numbers for marketing.

Ohio jurisdiction

Self-serve accounts are limited to Ohio while we clear recording-consent and biometric-privacy rules for other states.
