Common pricing questions.
Is there a credit card required for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial can start without a credit card. Self-serve signup is Ohio only.
Does $199 cover every camera and storage need?
It covers the AXWEL software plan for one location. Camera count, recording source, retention length, archive storage, and hardware needs are confirmed during setup.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing receives a discount. The dollar amount is quoted during setup rather than published as a fixed percent we have not set in product billing.
What happens after the trial?
You can keep the plan month to month, move to yearly billing, add more locations, or pause if the setup is not a fit.
